Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 small jar pimentos
Method
- Combine ground beef, onion and salt. Shape into small meatballs.
- Place in skillet and brown; drain off excess grease; add water, mushroom soup, green peppers and pimentos.
- Add water, depending on thickness desired.
- Simmer for 30 minutes or until peppers are done.
- Serve over rice.
