Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground Beef
- 1/2 c. chopped Onion
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 1 slice of crumbled Bread
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1/3 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Sour Cream
- Egg Noodles
Method
- Mix Beef with Onion, Egg, Salt, Pepper and Bread; mix well. Form into meatballs. Brown meatballs and drain. Add Soup and Water. Simmer for 10 minutes, while waiting for the Egg Noodles to cook.
