Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion
  • 4 c. Bisquick, prepared as for rolls
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard

Method

  • Cook hamburger; drain.
  • Add onion, salt and mustard; sprinkle with a little flour to hold together.
  • Prepare Bisquick as for rolls.
  • Roll out Bisquick like a jelly roll.
  • Spread with meat mixture and roll up.
  • Slice in 1 1/2-inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° until golden brown.
  • Top with white or brown gravy and enjoy.
