Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion
- 4 c. Bisquick, prepared as for rolls
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Method
- Cook hamburger; drain.
- Add onion, salt and mustard; sprinkle with a little flour to hold together.
- Prepare Bisquick as for rolls.
- Roll out Bisquick like a jelly roll.
- Spread with meat mixture and roll up.
- Slice in 1 1/2-inch slices and place on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown.
- Top with white or brown gravy and enjoy.
