Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, pureed in blender
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Method
- Mix thoroughly.
- Mold in 2 small loaves and top with bread crumbs.
- Bake in 325° oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
- Recipe can be halved.
