Ingredients
- 2 lb. boneless sirloin
- 6 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. plain yogurt
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Remove all fat from meat and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat.
- Brown meat on all sides, about 1/4 at a time.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
