Ingredients
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tsp. onion flakes
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 (12 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) jar grape jelly or jam
Method
- Combine first 5 ingredients and meat.
- Make small balls.
- Heat sauce and jelly to boiling.
- Add meat balls.
- Cook 10 to 20 minutes.
