Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburg
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can tomato soup
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 1 can carrots
- 1 can whole potatoes
- 1 can onions
Method
- Mix together hamburg, egg, bread crumbs, onion and salt.
- Roll into balls and brown.
- Mix other ingredients and add to meat balls.
- Cook over low heat for 20 minutes.
