Ingredients
- 3 large green peppers
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 lb. ground beef (lean)
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 c. green onions
Method
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise.
- Remove seeds and membranes; wash.
- Simmer peppers for 7 minutes in enough water to cover.
- Let stand.
- Brown beef.
- Remove excess grease.
- Return to heat and add green onions and seasoned salt.
- Mix in rice.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of mixture into peppers.
- Serves 6.
