Ingredients
- 2 lb. potatoes
- 6 oz. cheese
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 pt. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Peel potatoes and grate into bowl. Grate cheese and add to potatoes.
- Beat in eggs, milk and seasoning.
- Pour into ovenproof dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes, until top is golden brown.
- Serve hot.
