Ingredients
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Sea salt
- 2 slices whole-grain bread, toasted
- Red pepper flakes
- Extra-virgin olive oil, for drizzling
Method
- Cut the avocado in half, remove pit, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
- Add the lemon juice and sea salt, to taste.
- Mash the ingredients together with a fork, keeping the texture slightly chunky.
- Spread half the mash onto each piece of toast and garnish with some red pepper flakes and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Serve immediately.
