Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese (small curd)
  • 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Method

  • Beat
  • cottage
  • cheese
  • and cream cheese together for 10 minutes or until really smooth.
  • Add sugar and eggs.
  • Also add juice
  • from
  • lemon and vanilla.
  • Melt margarine and cool.
  • Add cornstarch and flour to mixture.
  • Blend in sour cream.
  • Grease and flour
  • spring-form
  • pan.
  • Bake
  • 1 hour at 350°.
  • Leave in oven to
  • cool for 2 hours or more.
  • Take knife and cut around edges before
  • releasing sides of pan.
  • Upset onto cake plate. Any pie filling can be used for topping as you wish.
