Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) container cottage cheese (small curd)
- 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 lb. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 pt. sour cream
Method
- Beat
- cottage
- cheese
- and cream cheese together for 10 minutes or until really smooth.
- Add sugar and eggs.
- Also add juice
- from
- lemon and vanilla.
- Melt margarine and cool.
- Add cornstarch and flour to mixture.
- Blend in sour cream.
- Grease and flour
- spring-form
- pan.
- Bake
- 1 hour at 350°.
- Leave in oven to
- cool for 2 hours or more.
- Take knife and cut around edges before
- releasing sides of pan.
- Upset onto cake plate. Any pie filling can be used for topping as you wish.
