Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1 onion
- 1 c. frozen green beans
- 1/2 c. wine
- 1 large can peeled tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 large green or red pepper
- fresh basil
- garlic to taste
- parsley to taste
Method
- Brown chicken for about 15 minutes. Add onion. Place chicken, tomatoes, vegetables and seasonings all together in crock-pot. Add vegetables and cook about 6 to 8 hours on slow to medium setting on crock-pot. Serve over white rice or pasta.
