Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. flour
- 5 tsp. baking powder
Method
- Beat well.
- Let stand for 20 minutes, then add 3/4 bottle of stale beer (beer must be opened at least 6 hours or overnight). Dip fish or chicken in flour, then in batter, then fry in hot grease.
