Ingredients
- 4 graham crackers, broken crosswise in half (8 squares)
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
- 2 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
- 2 Tbsp. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
- 4 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows
Method
- Spread 4 of the graham squares evenly with chocolate; set aside.
- Spread remaining 4 graham squares with preserves; sprinkle with coconut.
- Toast marshmallows to desired doneness.
- Place 1 marshmallow on each preserve-topped graham.
- Top with remaining grahams, coconut sides down.
- Serve immediately.
