Ingredients

  • 4 graham crackers, broken crosswise in half (8 squares)
  • 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. raspberry preserves
  • 2 Tbsp. BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
  • 4 JET-PUFFED Marshmallows

Method

  • Spread 4 of the graham squares evenly with chocolate; set aside.
  • Spread remaining 4 graham squares with preserves; sprinkle with coconut.
  • Toast marshmallows to desired doneness.
  • Place 1 marshmallow on each preserve-topped graham.
  • Top with remaining grahams, coconut sides down.
  • Serve immediately.
