Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flax seed
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ
  • 1/4 cup flax seed meal
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 egg white

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add moist ingredients.
  • Stir well and spread on baking sheet (lined with parchment paper).
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
  • Take out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
