Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup flax seed
- 1/4 cup wheat germ
- 1/4 cup flax seed meal
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 egg white
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- Add moist ingredients.
- Stir well and spread on baking sheet (lined with parchment paper).
- Bake for 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Take out of the oven and let cool for 15 minutes.
- Eat and enjoy =).
