Ingredients
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 pkg. (10 oz. about 40) regular marshmallows or 4 c. mini marshmallows
- 5 c. Kellogs Rice Crispies cereal
Method
- Add butter in large saucepan over low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until completely melteed. Cook over low heat 3 minutes longer, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
- Add Rice Crispies cereal. Stir till well coated. Using buttered spatula or waxed paper, press mixture evenly into buttered 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Cut into squares when cool.
