Ingredients
- 1 c. oil
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper (black)
- 1 onion, slice and ring
- 1 can French green beans
- 1 can Shoepeg corn (white sweet)
- 1 can small green peas
- 1 large jar pimentos
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1 can Chinese vegetables
Method
- Mix together first five ingredients.
- Bring to a boil and cool. Drain all canned vegetables.
- Place all in large bowl and pour oil mixture over.
- Let stand several hours or overnight.
