Ingredients
- 1 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 can French-style beans
- 1 small can peas
- 1 can white corn
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 3 carrots, grated
- pimento
Method
- Bring to a boil the sugar, vinegar, oil, water and salt.
- Cool thoroughly.
- Drain vegetables.
- Mix with dressing.
- Chill several hours.
- Just before serving, drain off most of the liquid.
