Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 18 teaspoon black pepper
  • 14 cup mayonnaise
  • 13 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 34 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives

Method

  • Place the garlic, salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, buttermilk, and parsely in a food processor.
  • Puree for 1 minute, or until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a small bowl; stir in the chives.
