Ingredients
- 1 large carrot, shredded
- 3 c. diced apples
- 1/3 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. chopped nuts
- 1/3 c. low-fat yogurt (plain)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine ingredients and mix well.
- Serve on lettuce.
- Makes 6 servings.
