Ingredients
- 2 cups crumbled Roquefort cheese
- 14 cup sweet kerry irish gold butter
- 14 teaspoon dry mustard
- 3 tablespoons brandy
- 14-12 cup chopped walnuts
Method
- Cream the cheese and butter together until smooth.
- Blend in mustard and brandy.
- Shape into a big ball, if desired
- Chill in the refrigerator.
- You can also shape the chilled cheese mixture into bite-sized balls and roll in the chopped nuts.
