Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen lima beans
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen corn
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut green beans
  • 1/2 pt. cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 small head cauliflower
  • 1/4 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 sliced onion (medium)

Method

  • Cook beans and corn as directed on package.
  • Break cauliflower into pieces; slice mushroom.
  • Add vegetables to marinade.
  • Chill well and serve chilled.
