Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar smoked sliced beef, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onions, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green bell peppers, chopped
  • dash of salt
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Method

  • Soften cream cheese.
  • Add milk, beef, onions, green peppers and garlic salt.
  • Pour into a pie tin.
  • Mix sour cream, pecans, butter and salt; spread on top of pan ingredients.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in a preheated 350° oven.
  • Serve with Wheat Thin crackers.
  • Serves 8 to 10.
