Ingredients
- Beef ribs 1 lb
- Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Powder 1 tsp
- Black Pepper ground 2 tsp
- Salt 1 tbsp
Method
- 1 Wash the beef pieces well and let it dry
- 2 Grind the cumin and black pepper
- 3 After an hour boil them in a large cooking dish adding 1 cup of water, closing with the lid, on high till the meat is tender
- 4 There should be little water left once the meat is cooked. If you find there is no water then add at least 1/4 cup water and boil for a minute
- 5 In another frying pan pour 3 Tbsp of oil and fry the fennil powder lightly
- 6 Add the cooked beef rib pieces and mix well
- 7 Reduce the heat to low and let it fry mixing it often till the gravy thickens. Remove from heat and serve hot.
