Ingredients

  • 100 grams Smoked salmon
  • 1/2 large Onion
  • 1/2 medium Carrot
  • 1 stalk Celery (stem part)
  • 70 ml Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt

Method

  • Slice the onion thinly, soak in water, and drain.
  • Rinse under cold running water while squeezing.
  • Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Julienne the carrot into whatever length you prefer.
  • Do the same with the celery.
  • Mix the ingredients well.
  • Mix the prepped vegetables with the sauce.
  • Refrigerate until the flavour is absorbed and the vegetables are soft and wilted.
  • Mix with bite-sized salmon right before eating it, and you're done!
