Ingredients
- 100 grams Smoked salmon
- 1/2 large Onion
- 1/2 medium Carrot
- 1 stalk Celery (stem part)
- 70 ml Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
Method
- Slice the onion thinly, soak in water, and drain.
- Rinse under cold running water while squeezing.
- Pat dry with paper towels.
- Julienne the carrot into whatever length you prefer.
- Do the same with the celery.
- Mix the ingredients well.
- Mix the prepped vegetables with the sauce.
- Refrigerate until the flavour is absorbed and the vegetables are soft and wilted.
- Mix with bite-sized salmon right before eating it, and you're done!
