Ingredients
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping
- 1 can (540 mL) apple pie filling
- 1 pkg. (298 g) prepared reduced-fat pound cake, cut into 8 slices
Method
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in medium bowl.
- Gently stir in Cool Whip until blended.
- Place each cake slice on dessert plate; top with pie filling and Cool Whip mixture just before serving.
