Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- bell peppers
Method
- Saute onions, salt and pepper. Then add ground beef until brown.
- Add tomato sauce, cheese and rice.
- Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the top and seeds from peppers.
- Boil peppers in salted water for 5 minutes.
- Take out and stuff.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
