Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Rice
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Cut Up
  • 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
  • Pour chicken broth into the pan.
  • Add rice and chicken.
  • Top with cream of chicken soup.
  • Cover with foil.
  • Bake 45 minutes or until rice is done.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • If I dont have leftover chicken, I throw a couple breasts in the micrwave and cook the until done, then cube them.
  • Or you can use canned chicken.
