Ingredients
- 4 cups Chicken Broth
- 2 cups Rice
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Cut Up
- 2 cans (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Add rice and chicken.
- Top with cream of chicken soup.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 45 minutes or until rice is done.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- If I dont have leftover chicken, I throw a couple breasts in the micrwave and cook the until done, then cube them.
- Or you can use canned chicken.
