Ingredients
- 6 pork steaks
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. oil
- unseasoned meat tenderizer
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/2 garlic clove, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 (29 oz.) can pineapple rings
Method
- At least 4 hours before serving, prepare pork steaks with meat tenderizer.
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/4 cup juice.
- Place steaks in a 13 x 9-inch pan in which the rest of the ingredients, except pineapple rings, have been mixed.
- Cover; refrigerate at least 3 hours, turning meat once.
