Ingredients
- 1 (1 1/2 to 2 lb.) flank steak
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Marinate above in refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
- Grill approximately 10 minutes each side.
