Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 1 small red cabbage
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small can black olives, diced or whole, sliced
- 1 small can sliced water chestnuts
- dash of garlic (optional)
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 small or medium purple onion (as desired)
Method
- Add mayo to desired consistency.
- May 24 hours ahead of time. Keep refrigerated.
