Ingredients
- 2 lb. carrots
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. tomato soup
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Slice and cook carrots.
- Mix sugar, mustard, soup, vinegar and oil.
- Add bell pepper and onion.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour over cooled carrots and mix lightly.
- Marinate overnight.
