Ingredients
- 1 c. softened butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. diced thyme
- 1 tsp. chives
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Method
- In a small bowl with rubber scraper, thoroughly mix butter, parsley, thyme, garlic, salt and pepper.
- In foil, shape into 6-inch square.
- Freeze until firm, about 40 minutes.
