Ingredients
- 2 bunches carrots
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. mustard
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Peel, pare, boil (until still firm, but a fork can pierce) and drain carrots.
- Boil other ingredients together for one minute and pour over boiled carrots.
- Marinate overnight.
