Ingredients

  • 1 lemon squeezed of it's juice and it's peel grated
  • 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
  • 1/8 cup olive oil
  • 4 clove of minced garlic
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 6 mint leaves, fine chiffenade cut

Method

  • Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Coat meat on all sides, place in a clean bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
  • Grill your meat as you normally would according to type of meat used.
  • Enjoy flavorful , moist barbeque.
  • You can roast your meat with this marinade too.
