Ingredients
- 1 lemon squeezed of it's juice and it's peel grated
- 1 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/8 cup olive oil
- 4 clove of minced garlic
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 6 mint leaves, fine chiffenade cut
Method
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Coat meat on all sides, place in a clean bowl, cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours.
- Grill your meat as you normally would according to type of meat used.
- Enjoy flavorful , moist barbeque.
- You can roast your meat with this marinade too.
