Ingredients
- 24 eggs, separated
- 2 lb. powdered sugar
- 2 pt. brandy
- 1 pt. rum
- 1 pt. peach brandy
- 6 pt. milk
- 2 pt. whipping cream
- freshly grated nutmeg
Method
- Beat yolks with sugar until thick and lemony.
- Slowly add brandy, rum and peach brandy.
- Stir in milk and cream.
- Beat egg whites until stiff.
- Fold into eggnog.
- Do not stir!
- Top with freshly grated nutmeg.
