Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. beef
  • 1 1/4 lb. pork
  • 3/4 lb. pepperoni slices
  • 1 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 3 lb. macaroni (elbow, shells, wheels; equal amounts), cooked separately
  • 5 qt. spaghetti sauce
  • 2 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, shredded

Method

  • Brown meat and pepper slowly; add sauce.
  • Cook macaroni, then mix together in large bowl.
  • Pour layer of pasta in large baking dish, layer of sauce, layer of cheese
  • and layer of pepperoni. Repeat process; end with cheese.
  • Bake 1 hour at 350°.
