Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb. beef
- 1 1/4 lb. pork
- 3/4 lb. pepperoni slices
- 1 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 3 lb. macaroni (elbow, shells, wheels; equal amounts), cooked separately
- 5 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 2 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 1/4 lb. Provolone cheese, shredded
Method
- Brown meat and pepper slowly; add sauce.
- Cook macaroni, then mix together in large bowl.
- Pour layer of pasta in large baking dish, layer of sauce, layer of cheese
- and layer of pepperoni. Repeat process; end with cheese.
- Bake 1 hour at 350°.
