Ingredients
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. minced radishes
- 1/4 c. chopped cucumber, drained
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 clove garlic, minced or equivalent in garlic powder
Method
- Blend sour cream, mayonnaise, sugar, salt and pepper.
- Stir in minced vegetables.
- Chill.
- Serve with these vegetables (carrot sticks, cucumber strips, celery sticks, green peppers) and various crackers.
