Ingredients
- 1 kg. mango juice
- 1.6 kg. sugar
- 1.4 kg. water
- 35 to 40 g. citric acid
- 3 g. potassium meta-bisulfite
Method
- Boil the sugar and the water; strain through a cloth to clean it.
- Add mango juice and other ingredients which will act as preservative.
- If you don't want to keep the squash for any length of time, omit the potassium meta-bisulfite.
