Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 c. corn (1 frozen pkg.)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 eggs
Method
- Thaw corn.
- Melt butter.
- Beat eggs and add sugar, salt, flour and milk.
- Pour into butter.
- Add corn and pour into baking dish. Place baking dish in larger baking dish with water in it.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until firm and golden.
