Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 c. County Line cheese, diced
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1/3 c. salad dressing
Method
- Cook hamburger until it loses its color.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour off excess grease; cool.
- Add cheese, onion, catsup and salad dressing.
- Blend all together with cooled meat and pack in oblong baking dish.
- Refrigerate.
- Cut in squares, put on bun half and broil approximately 7 minutes.
- Serves 10 to 12.
