Ingredients

  • 2 lb. hamburger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. County Line cheese, diced
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1/3 c. catsup
  • 1/3 c. salad dressing

Method

  • Cook hamburger until it loses its color.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Pour off excess grease; cool.
  • Add cheese, onion, catsup and salad dressing.
  • Blend all together with cooled meat and pack in oblong baking dish.
  • Refrigerate.
  • Cut in squares, put on bun half and broil approximately 7 minutes.
  • Serves 10 to 12.
