Ingredients
- 1 lb. cubed beef, cooked in oil until brown and tender
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 2 cans water
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- La soy sauce (4 tsp.)
- cornstarch (to thicken)
- 1 tsp. sugar
Method
- Cook on low heat.
- Serve over rice or noodles.
- Sprinkle with chow mein noodles (optional).
