Ingredients
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato puree or paste
- parsley
- fresh basil
- celery leaves
- 1 lb. small toletti or tiny shells
- 1 (19 oz.) Progresso cannellini white beans
Method
- Simmer onion and garlic in oil.
- Add tomato puree or paste, parsley, fresh basil and celery leaves.
- Cook 1/2 hour on low heat.
- Cook toletti or tiny shells.
- When done, drain into another pot.
- Leave as much water as you like.
- Add beans.
- Add sauce.
