Ingredients
- 2 lb. beef for stew
- 4 potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 lb. carrots, cubed
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. curry powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
- 2 c. rice, cooked
Method
- Brown beef and onion.
- Put potatoes and carrots in beef mixture with one cup of water.
- Cook together with salt and pepper.
- Thicken flour with water.
- Add curry powder to this. Serve over rice.
