Ingredients
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. half and half cream
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Cook broccoli until tender.
- Drain and set aside.
- Cook rice; drain.
- Saute celery and onion in butter until tender and add to the drained broccoli.
- Mix the 2 cans of soup and half and half cream with rice and 1/2 of the cheese.
- Place in greased casserole and sprinkle remainder of cheese over the top.
- Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
