Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. half and half cream
  • 1 c. grated cheese

Method

  • Cook broccoli until tender.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • Cook rice; drain.
  • Saute celery and onion in butter until tender and add to the drained broccoli.
  • Mix the 2 cans of soup and half and half cream with rice and 1/2 of the cheese.
  • Place in greased casserole and sprinkle remainder of cheese over the top.
  • Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
