Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (yellow)
  • 2 c. mayonnaise (more or less)
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 c. chopped Spanish olives
  • 1 c. chopped yellow onions
  • salt to taste
  • curry powder to taste
  • 24 English muffins (white or whole wheat)

Method

  • Cut English muffins into 1/8 wedges.
  • Spread mixture over each and broil until cheese is brown and bubbly.
  • Can be prepared a few hours ahead and kept on cookie sheets in the refrigerator.
  • Serve them hot and see if your guests can guess what's in them.
