Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Cream the butter; add sugar and vanilla.
- Mix in the flour and nuts (I use pecans).
- Roll out into fingers.
- Place on a nonstick cookie sheet and bake at 300° for 30 minutes.
- Take out and roll in powdered sugar while warm.
- Be very careful as they will break easily.
- Makes about 2 dozen.
