Ingredients
- 1 can 8ct. Jumbo Flaky Biscuits
- 4 large eggs
- 2 precooked sausage patties
- 1 packages shredded colby jack cheese
- 1 tbsp of milk
Method
- Chop sausage up into small bite size pieces
- Beat eggs, milk, salt an pepper.
- Add precooked sausage
- Scramble eggs and sausage
- Roll out a biscuit add tablespoon scrambled eggs, sprinkle cheese
- Pinch biscuit closed around egg an cheese filling.
- Make sure it's sealed.
- Place sealed side down on baking sheet.
- Repeat steps 4 and 5 with remaining 7 biscuits.
- Put in a 375 per heated oven bake for 11minutes or until biscuits are done
