Ingredients
- 8 oz. pkg. elbow macaroni, cooked, rinsed with cold water and drained
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard (optional)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 jar pimento pepper
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Method
- In a bowl, mix mustard, sugar, salt, pepper, celery, pimento and onion with mayonnaise. Add to macaroni and chill overnight.
