Ingredients

  • 1 lb. wide noodles, cooked, well-drained
  • 1 - 24 oz. container cottage cheese
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 C. Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 C. sharp cheese, cubed
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • bread or cracker crumbs

Method

  • Mix eggs and cheeses together, combine with cooked, well-drained, noodles and margarine.
  • Place in one large (or two small) greased casserole.
  • Spread bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
